Four slow-fermented sourdough loaves and a pack of Everything bagels, baked to order and sent together once a month. Slice, freeze, and take out exactly what you need. Real bread on hand every day, without a weekly order.

What's inside

One of each loaf, every month: a tour of the grains we bake with.

• Rustico: our everyday loaf, open and tangy.
• Heritage Seed: heritage wheat, generously seeded.
• Nordic Rye: dense, dark and deeply flavoured.
• Einkorn: made with einkorn we stone-mill ourselves.
• 4 Everything bagels or 4 Einkorn English muffins

Why it works

Most bread is made fast. Ours isn't. Every loaf is naturally leavened, made with organic heritage and ancient grains, and accredited with the Real Bread Campaign's Real Sourdough Loafmark.

Sourdough freezes beautifully, so a monthly box gives you the same loaf on day 28 as on day one.

How it works

1. Choose collection, local delivery or UK-wide post.
2. Keep the standard box, or swap up to two loaves by Monday noon before bake day on Wednesday.
3. We bake on Wednesday and your box goes out the same day.
4. Slice and freeze on arrival, then toast straight from frozen.
5. Skip or pause anytime from your account.

• Premium swaps are £1 each. Upgrade to the current Seasonal Edit, Serenitea or Ancient Grain loaf.
• Swap by Monday noon before bake day. Every loaf is mixed to order, so we bake exactly what you've chosen.

Can I swap a loaf? Yes, up to two per box, by Monday noon before bake day. Like-for-like swaps are free; premium loaves are £1 each.

How long does it keep in the freezer? Up to 3 months, well wrapped.

Is it pre-sliced? [Yes / Choose at checkout]

How do I defrost it? Toast slices straight from frozen, or leave a whole loaf wrapped at room temperature for a few hours.

Can I skip a month? Yes. Skip or pause anytime from your account before Monday noon.

Where do you deliver? Local delivery covers Wraysbury, Datchet and Egham. Everywhere else in the UK receives the box by post.
